General Conditions
ByteHosting reserves the right to modify the terms and pricing for hosting services at any time. The company ensures the servers are kept updated and maintains the required security within a 72-hour timeframe. Force majeure events are exempted.
Compensation for downtime will be considered by ByteHosting, but customers cannot make claims against ByteHosting. ByteHosting retains the right to relocate customers to a different IP and/or physical server.
Governing Law: All hosting services with ByteHosting are subject to applicable local laws and regulations.
Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
A binding agreement is established between the customer and ByteHosting for the duration of the lease period. After the selected period expires, the customer can choose to renew or let the agreement and product expire.
Important
The customer has 2 days to renew their product after the expiration date; otherwise, all content will be deleted permanently.
Abuse of ByteHosting's network, including hacking and carrying out DDoS attacks, is strictly prohibited. Abuse results in immediate server closure with no possibility of a refund.
Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Terms
Upon purchasing a product, an invoice is issued, and the price on the invoice is final. It is the customer's responsibility to extend their products, and ByteHosting is not responsible for data loss upon product expiration.
Refund Policy
We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee. Customers can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided the request is made through proper channels. Refunds are not available for cryptocurrency payments.
Prohibited Activities
Any abuse of ByteHosting's network or services is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and closure of the offending service, with no possibility of a refund. Prohibited activities include:
- Sending email spam or unsolicited communications
- Engaging in illegal activities as defined by applicable regulations
- Operating TOR exit nodes
- Conducting DDoS attacks or using the service as a DDoS relay
- Torrenting copyrighted materials or engaging in illegal torrenting
- Performing unauthorized port scans or brute-forcing activities
- Mining cryptocurrency (prohibited to prevent server overload)
- Hosting phishing, scamming, or other fraudulent activities
- Adult content or illegal material
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
Enforcement
ByteHosting strictly enforces these rules to ensure network integrity and reliability. Violations will result in permanent service shutdown without compensation.
Data Responsibility
The use of products from ByteHosting is at the customer's own risk. ByteHosting does not assume responsibility for customer data or content. Customers are fully responsible for all data on their servers, including any illegal or offensive material.
Data Loss
ByteHosting cannot be held liable for data loss due to events such as power outages, system failures, force majeure, security breaches, or similar circumstances. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
Backup Policy
While ByteHosting may perform routine backups, these are for internal purposes only and cannot be relied upon for data recovery. Customers must implement their own backup solutions.
Service Level and Delivery
VPS Delivery
ByteHosting sets up VPS servers as quickly as possible, usually within a few minutes of payment confirmation. For dedicated servers, delivery time is typically 1-7 business days.
Service Level Agreement
ByteHosting strives to maintain high uptime and service quality. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime due to maintenance, updates, and unforeseen circumstances.
ByteHosting reserves the right to postpone setup due to technical difficulties, payment issues, or verification requirements.
Account Management
Automatic Renewals
Upon subscribing to automatic payments, servers will be automatically renewed. To deactivate automatic payment, customers must do so through their payment method panel or notify ByteHosting in writing via email or support ticket before renewal.
Account Suspension
If a customer violates applicable rules and laws, ByteHosting will issue a warning via email. Repeated violations will result in account suspension. ByteHosting reserves the right to immediately close accounts for severe violations.
Privacy and Data Protection
ByteHosting is committed to protecting customer privacy and personal data. All information remains confidential between ByteHosting and the customer, except when disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of Liability
ByteHosting's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. ByteHosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Customers use ByteHosting services at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Modifications and Updates
ByteHosting reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or through the customer portal.
Continued use of ByteHosting services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
